There will be no refunds unless our icons fail to deliver the quality and compatibility, which we have mentioned. As a customer it's your responsibility to understand and test the quality and compatibility of our icons by downloading them from our free downloads section before making a purchase.
As we understand that exceptional situations may occur, we do honor refund requests for the following cases.
If the icons fail to meet the quality mentioned in the website.
If the original product contains a design flaw that has gone unnoticed by our design team.
Non-delivery of the product: due to mailing issues, such as non-receipt of delivery e-mail from us or inability to download the files.
The deadline for any refund claim is one week from the date of delivery.
